Common uses:

• Apply a drop to cotton ball and sniff throughout day for allergy and asthma relief, Heal mucous membranes

• Steam therapy for coughs, cold, congestions.

  • Undiluted on feet for same relief

• Dilute with carrier oil, rub on chest/feet/back neck/spine for colds, congestion, fever.

• Diluted on blister to alleviate swelling; disinfect

• Steam out a cold with 5 drops each: eucalyptus, thyme, tea tree, and lavender

• Diluted on insect bites (caution on open wounds!)

• Disinfect surfaces: 10-20 drops to warm water (add lemon!) Can spray on bedding to eliminate bed bugs

Blends well with: tea tree, lavender, thyme, lemongrass, lemon, basil, bergamot, cedarwood, ginger, grapefruit, marjoram, orange, peppermint, and rosemary.
